Carnival in Chinatown

Carnival in Chinatown was happening in the same week as the Jazz festival, just outside its venue. I had posted couple of pictures of the carnival in the previous post. Here are the rest of them.

Welcome to Chinatown!! Chinatown in Victoria is the oldest in Western Canada and was built around 1880s.

It's time for some serious shopping.

Paris Hilton Blondes. What are these? These are typical blondes who carry a $3000 Chihuahua dogs in their bags which match their dress of the day. It is the biggest fashion statement for the blonde girls, dog in the purse.

What!! A Henna Stall in Chinatown. Now that's what we call "Multiculturalism"

I like visiting such markets...with canopies...ppl from diff backgrounds/cultures selling stuff from different parts of the world .....
